Wolfe Property Ltd, trading as Wolfe Property Coaching ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can access or correct it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number, when you download a guide, register for a webinar, fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, message us, or book a discovery call.
- Booking answers you give when you book a call, such as your investing goals, experience and timeframe.
- Coaching information if you become a client, such as details about your properties, finances, lending and plans that you choose to share with us so we can coach you.
- Website usage information such as pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. We collect this with cookies and similar tools (see below).
Why we collect it
- To send you the guide, webinar link or information you asked for.
- To book and hold discovery calls and to deliver coaching.
- To send you property insights, case studies and Cashflow Hacking™ tips by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To understand how people use our website and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to find them useful, and to avoid showing them to existing contacts.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only collect what we need for these purposes. You do not have to give us your information, but if you don't, we may not be able to send you what you asked for or coach you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Pipedrive - our customer database and email platform
- Zoom - webinars and online coaching sessions
- Calendly - booking discovery calls
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - lead forms, messaging and advertising
- ManyChat - automated Instagram replies
- Zapier - moving form details securely between these tools
- Netlify - website hosting and website form backups
- PostHog - website analytics
- Google Workspace - email and document storage
- Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed
As a client, we may introduce you to members of our Power Team, such as brokers, builders or property managers. We only pass on your details with your agreement.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Information stored overseas
Several of these providers store data outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States, Australia and Europe. We choose established providers that protect personal information in ways comparable to the Privacy Act.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses:
- PostHog to record how visitors use the site, including session recordings. Anything typed into form fields is masked and not recorded.
- Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and build advertising audiences.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. The site still works without cookies.
If you give us your email address, we may share an encrypted (hashed) version of it with Meta. Meta uses it to match you to an account so we can leave you out of ads aimed at new people, or measure our results. Meta cannot read your email address from the hashed version.
How we keep it safe
Your information is held in secure, password-protected systems. Only our team and the providers above can access it, and only when they need to. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example, seven years for financial records), then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email us at taylor@wolfeproperty.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
