  • Review successful multi-income property deals that resulted in 10% + gross yields, and $400,000+ value uplift. Learn how to identify and analyse similar opportunities in market through the eyes of a renovator and valuer to fast-track your property investment expertise.

  • Set personalised criteria to give you a red or green light on every deal assessed. Consider deposit, price, renovation budget, gross yield, land development opportunity, post-renovation value, and much more.

  • Scour the markets for properties that match your parameters. Review properties with Ilse against the parameters you’ve set to make progress achievable.

  • Comprehensive due diligence of deals that meet your parameters with the expert assistance of a property manager, builder, draftsperson, and more (A.K.A. your Power Team). Calculate deal outcomes prior to buying, in order to set a detailed execution strategy.

  • Delegate to the Power Team to implement and complete your renovation plan, and create your equity and passive income.

  • Hand the keys to your property manager, refinance your property and move on to your next win.
